signed up for a 5k in march

i pulled the trigger on my registration for the Emerald Miles 5k in two weeks.
it's been quite a while since i ran a 5k. the cold weather (and my laziness) have all contributed to my lack of running in the last two months. while a 5k is not a big deal, it might be a bit taxing for me [grin]. but i'll get through it just fine.
so for the next two weeks, i'll be ramping up for 30 minutes of huffing and puffing along the banks of the ohio river!
